The tuition charges are MONTHLY based on a 10-month annual tuition rate.
Payments are made from August to May
 

• We will use the program "Brightwheel" to make all payments (see Parent Resources)
  There are no discounts on tuition payments for months that have holiday weeks. '

• All tuition fees are billed at the beginning of the month and are due (in full) by the 20th day of the month.

• There will be a $75 late fee assessed for all outstaindng fees after the 20th day of the month. 

• Tuition not paid by the last day of the month will receive an additional $75 late fee. 

Please let the Director of ECC, Camille Arnold, know in advance if you need a few days extra to pay the tuition. We will work with you for that month.

The Registration Fee is non-refundable and is due upon registering your child for the school year. *You spot is not secure until the registration fee is paid.
