“Let every man abide in the calling wherein he is called and his work will be as sacred as the work of the ministry. It is not what a man does that determines whether his work is sacred or secular, it is why he does it.”

When the Church comes together in the liturgical assembly to celebrate the Mass, or any other sacrament, her members do not gather simply as a crowd, as an amorphous, undifferentiated group of people. They gather in a variety of ministries and roles. Participating in a liturgical ministry is an excellend opportunity to fulfill your baptismal right and duty. 

Future & Current Liturgical Ministers must complete the Safe Environment Training.This training is MANDATORY. The training is required by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
