Originally from Mexico City, Deacon Ricardo immigrated to California in 1978. He married his wonderful wife, Sandra, in 1985, and together they have built a loving family, now blessed with three children and two grandchildren, with another grandchild on the way.

Ordained as a deacon through the Archdiocese of San Antonio on June 11, 2022, Deacon Ricardo brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to service. Before his ordination, he spent over 30 years as a music director in various parishes across California and San Antonio, touching the hearts of many through his passion for music and faith.
