A faith formation program open for students in Jr. High. Students in 6th-8th grade preparing to receive the sacraments of initiation (baptism, first communion, confirmation) will automatically be enrolled in this program. Students must be enrolled an immediate year before AND during their sacramental year.

A faith formation program open for students in High School. Students in 9th-12th grade preparing to receive the sacraments of initiation (baptism, first communion, confirmation) will automatically be enrolled in this program. Students must be enrolled an immediate year before AND during their sacramental year. Catholic school students will be required to come to Life Teen on Sundays of confirmation preparation (Super Sunday!)
Wednesdays 7 PM-8:30 PM
This program is for students in grades 6-12 who have not received the sacrament of baptism. The student must have an immediate prior year of a faith formation program such as Life Teen, Edge or Elementary Faith Formation AND will also automatically be enrolled in either Edge or Life Teen during this sacramental year. Students who have not had a year of Faith Formation are not eligible to receive the sacraments of initiation and must first enroll in either Edge or Life Teen.
Once per month on Tuesdays 7 PM-8:30 PM
This program is for students in grades 6-12 who have received the sacrament of baptism at infancy but have not received their first reconciliation or first communion. The student must have an immediate prior year of a faith formation program such as Life Teen, Edge or Elementary Faith Formation AND will also automatically be enrolled in either Life Teen or Edge during this sacramental year. Students who have not had a year of Faith Formation are not eligible to receive the sacrament and must first enroll in either Edge or Life Teen.

This program is for students in grades 10-12 who have received the sacraments of baptism and first communion. The student must have an immediate prior year of Life Teen AND will also automatically be enrolled in that program during this sacramental year. Students who have not had a year of Life Teen are not eligible to receive the sacrament and must first enroll in Life Teen. Confirmation is not received in the 9th grade. The student MUST be in 10th grade or above. 9th graders are to be enrolled in Life Teen in order to be eligible to receive the sacrament in the 10th grade. Catholic school students will be required to come to Life Teen on Sundays of confirmation preparation (Super Sunday!)

For students wishing to receive the sacrament of confirmation but have not received the sacrament of first communion, both sacraments may be done simultaneously. Prior immediate year of a faith formation program applies as well as current year enrollment.
